Vegan tofu chicken

Ingredients
1.0 block Tofu, firm1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 tsp Lawry''s seasoned salt4.0 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula (1/4-1/3 cup)
Directions
Freeze tofu, then drain and press 30-45 min. Cut into four slabs and divide each into four pieces. Put on foiled baking sheet. Drizzle oil on all sides. Bake at 350 F for half hour. Cool for at least ten minutes then transfer and sprinkle on soy sauce and toss. Then add salt and yeast.
