30g instant oats 1 whole egg, raw 2 dates, pitted 2tbsp milk2tbsp peanut butter to garnish
Directions
Blend oats into a fine powder Add egg and blend again Add milk and blend Add dates and blend Heat a frying pan with a little oil and cook until a golden brown colour
