Pats Blueberry Cobbler

1.0 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar8.0 oz skim milk0.25 cup Pillsbury Self-Rising Flour 2 cups2.0 tbsp Half & Half 1 cup1.0 tbsp Land O Lakes Unsalted Sweet Butter 3 half sticks4.0 cup Splenda Granulated
PREHEAT oven to 400. Spray cakepan with PAM. Melt 3 half sticks of butter and after cooled, set aside 1/4 cup and pour the rest into the cakepan. Put 2 cups of flour into medium mixing bowl. Add 4 cups Splenda and thoroughly mix! Slowly add both milks while stirring. Add the 1/4 cup of butter. Gently pour batter over butter in cakepan. DO NOT STIR! Gently add 3 cups fresh blueberries. DO NOT STIR. Bake in 400 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!! Pat Pavlic
If using chopped apples, add 1 tsp. Cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg to the flour mixture before adding milk. Also, when peeling and chopping apples, periodically add a dash of Real Lemon to keep apples from browning.
