Tortilla Soup, Homemade with Chicken and Hominy

Ingredients
1 chicken, boiled and deboned8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 1/2 lb diced Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 can diced Tomatoes 2 Tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 cans Hominy 6 corn tortillas 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Saute celery, onion and garlic in butter.

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces or shred.

Tear tortillas into small pieces.

In a large pot combine all ingredients and let simmer at least 30 min.

Serve with avocado, shredded cheese and toasted tortilla strips.
