2 Apples (medium) 1/2 Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup Kale 1 Banana, fresh 1 cup Organic baby carrots2 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original 6 oz Tillamook lowfat Marionberry Yogurt (1 yogurt cup)6 oz Tillamook Lowfat Raspberry yogurt (1 yogurt cup)4 Brazil nuts 6 Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds 4 tbsp Flax Seed 4 tbsp Ovaltine, chocolate malt flavor4 tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ4 cups of ice
Freeze yogurts
Blend apples,cucumber,kale,carrots,flax and wheat germ
Add Silk
Add ice
Blend again
Add yogurts,nuts and banana
Blend to desired consistancy
