Real Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup Mulberries 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Vitamix Directions: Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Start at variable 1 and slowly increase to 10. Switch to high for 10-15 seconds. Regular Blender Directions: Add oats to blender and pulse until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
