Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients
12 oz Food Club Light Lemon Yogurt 1 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 fruit without seeds Lemons 11 oz Equate Ultra weight Loss Shake Starwberry 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Freeze all ingredients except for the yogurt and shake.
When ready to make combine all ingredients in blender.
I split mine between two of the Nutri Ninja single serve cups. I believe they are 24oz each.
