Green Bean and Bleu Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 pound Green Beans, trimmed and broken into 2 inch pieces.1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion4 Tbsp Ken's Lite Balsamic & Oil dressing1/4 cup slivered almonds, toastedsalt & pepper to taste, if needed
Directions
Steam green beans for 2-5 minutes until tender but still firm. When cooked, cool beans quickly in an ice bath. Drain.

In a medium bowl, combine cooled beans with other ingredients. Season with salt & pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
