Ingredients
7 oz. ground beef1 oz. ground porkSprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder2 oz. cheese (cheddar and swiss)3 oz. bacon (3 slices of cooked bacon)2 oz. of sauteed onions1-2 oz. of garlic mayonaise (garlic powder with mayo)lettuce, tomato, and pickle95g sesame-seed bun
Directions
Mix 7 oz. ground beef and 1 oz. of ground pork. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make (1) 8 oz. pattie. Cook to your liking best med-rare to medium. Top burger with 2 slices of cheese (cheddar and swiss), 3 slices of bacon, sauteed onions, lettuce, and tomato. Spread garlic mayonaise on toasted sesame-seed bun. Serve with steak fries, pickle, ketchup, and extra garlic mayo for burger or fries.
