Ingredients
0.75 tsp Rosemary, dried0.5 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.5 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.25 serving Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins0.4 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added0.4 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft0.5 serving *Thomas' Whole Grain English Muffin
Directions
Defrost chicken tenderloin. Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly spray a pan with a non stick spray. Set in as many English muffins as you need. One half will make one pizza. Spread sauce on the top. Chop up onion and bell peppers. Cut up chicken into small squares. Sprinkle fat free mozzarella cheese on top. Top with the chicken, onion, and bell pepper. Sprinkle dries rosemary on top. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serving Size: Makes 1 pizza
