Red Wine Vinegar Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil1/4 cup, chopped onions, raw 3 T. red wine vinegar3 T. granulated sugar 1/2 t. sea salt1-1/2 t. ground mustard1-1/2 t. poppy seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT poppy seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Add poppy seeds and stir well. Store in a glass jar and shake before using.
