750.0 Grams Ground beef, lean1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 can Canned Tomatoes200.0 gram tomato puree double concentrated200.0 gram tomato puree double concentrated240.0 Grams Beans, red kidney4.0 clove Garlic60.0 gram(s) chillies1.0 tbsp chilli powder
Directions
Brown beef Chop and add onion and garlic and cooked in large pan for 5 mins Add everything else and stir til simmering Put in slow cooker for 4 hours
