11.0 oz Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake5.3 oz Yoplait Greek 100 Banana Caramel Yogurt5.3 oz Yoplait Greek 100 Banana Caramel Yogurt2.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Kale3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Juice greens and freeze. *Add a little water if needed not much just a tad to liquify greens.
Chopp bananas and freeze as well.
When ready to make smoothie add weight loss shake, yogurt and frozen freggies together in blender and mix.
*I use coconut water. If your like me and hate coconuts don't worry you just need a tad and once it's mixed you can't taste it.
