Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast

3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 cup Honey 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 24 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) .75 cup Pecan Meal (by HOOK7890)
Mix Honey and Dijon in a small bowl. In another small bowl mix panko, paprika, pecan meal and garlic powder and mix well. Slice the 3 chicken breast in half. Dip each chicken piece in honey/mustard mix, then coat with pecan meal. Place chicken on a sprayed rack in a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 425, turn chicken and bake for another 7 minutes. Enjoy.
