4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Cream Cheese .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
salute the mushrooms, Cook the sausage with the mushrooms, put in casserole dish, mix eggs, softened cream cheese and half the cheddar, cook until about half done, pour top of casserole, sprinkle rest of cheese on top of casserole and put in 350 over for 30 minutes. Delicious. Because of the Italian sausage, it tastes more dinner than breakfast.
