24 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 2 cup Oat Bran 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat) 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 tbsp Canola Oil .5 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place paper muffin cups in muffin pan or spray pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add milk egg whites, sweetener, canola oil and pumpkin puree. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill cups with batter. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes before removing muffins from pan. Makes 12 muffins
