Roasted Sweet Potato and Squash

Ingredients
1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato2.0 serving(s) zuchinni1.0 serving(s) yellow squash2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Peel potato and yellow squash and cut up, cut up zuchinni and onion. Sprinkle powders followed by oil over veggies and roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes until veggies are soft when poked. Can serve with boiled rice also. Yummy
