1 bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 container Portabella Mushrooms 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce 3/4 package of Extra Firm Tofu Plus - Organic Nasoya1 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunk Pineapple, canned 3 cup Spinach, fresh 6 oz cheese - Mozzarella, sliced, Market Pantry brand 10 gram(s) Pro Chef Coconut Oil Spray 2 Archer Farms Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crusts 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Cook bell pepper and mushroom with cooking spray, salt, and pepper. Cook tofu slabs with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Cut all into small pieces.
Brush pizza crusts with olive oil, top with 1/2 cup BBQ suace. Top with chopped bell pepper, mushrooms, chopped tofu, pineapple, spinach, and cheese.
Serving Size: 1/2 pizza (makes 2 whole pizzas)
