Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, black 1.25 cup, sliced Zucchini
Directions
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet; cook and stir garlic in hot skillet until softened, about 5 minutes. Add zucchini and onion; continue to cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
