# Lemon Juice, .1667 cup (remove)# Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)# Parsley, .25 cup (remove)# Salt, .25 tsp (remove)# Hodgson Whole Wheat Couscous (1/3 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)# Cocktail Shrimp, 6 oz (remove)# Cucumber (with peel), .5 cup slices (remove)# Red Ripe Tomatoes, 20 cherry (remove)# Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)# President Fat Free Crumbled Feta, 56 gram(s)# 1/2 and 1/3 cup water#1.5/8 tsp black pepper
*Combine couscous, water, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Simmer until Tender. Remove and sit covered for 5 minutes
*Place shrimp in large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1.5/8 tsp black pepper. Let stand 5 minutes.
*Stir in cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley, oil, and cheese. Add salt, remaining lemon juice, and remaining pepper and toss.
*Stir in cooled couscous. Divide evenly. Makes 2 servings.
