Ingredients
.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Canola Oil .5 cup Flour, white .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats .5 cup (not packed) Raisins .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients with sugar
Stir together
Bake by teaspoonfuls at 350 for 10 minutes. Let sit on pan for five minutes after removing from oven. Parchment paper helps.
