3 oz yogurt, great value, light Greek, nonfat, vanilla 1 tbsp Almond Butter .5 cup blueberries, dole frozen blueberries unsweetened unthawed .5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 1 cup, chopped Kale .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
