salmon burgers

Ingredients
1 can of pink salmon1/2 cup onion chopped1/2 cup breadcrumbs3 tablespoons mayo2 eggs beaten2 teaspoons lemon juice1 tablespoon cilantro2 teaspoons veg oil (for frying)
Directions
mix all ingredients gently except oil. let sit for ten min. portion out 8 balls then flatten ,cook over med heat in a frying pan with oil till sides are brown and center is cooked.
