Green Bell Pepper 1 serving JALAPENO pepper fresh - one (by TTENACITY) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 clove Garlic 3 tablespoons of ground Flax seed
