1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Sun Vista Pinto Beans 2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 6 oz Butterball Everyday Smoked Turkey Sausage 6 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 serving JALAPENO pepper fresh - one (by TTENACITY) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 clove Garlic 3 tablespoons of ground Flax seed
Directions
sautee onion ,garlic and green pepper. When soft add chopped turkey sausage and sautee, Add tomatoe, broth and beans (rinse thoroughly before adding) . Pop in uncut jalapeno and cokk for 45 minutes, Freezes well for many meals
