Grandmas Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 64 fl oz Tomato juice, without salt added 4 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon 180 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Cut all veggies and combine in large stock pot. Add tomato juice and add water till covered. Let simmer until veggies soft.
