1 medium Apple peeled and rough chop1 small banana1/2 can mandarin oranges with juice1 yogurt ( I use dannon lite and fit ) 1/2 C V fusion pomegranate blueberry juice4 ice cubes
peel and cut fruit toss in blender add oranges and juice blend till smooth add ice cubes and continue blending till like you like it. Pour serve and enjoy Very tasty healthy nutritious.
