Ingredients
1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin 1.5 cup, strips Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 0.75 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)
Directions
I juice the apple, carrots and celery and I blend the water, spinach and bananas.
