Ingredients
8.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.0 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black0.5 cup Gluten Free Panko Breadcrumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients by hand. Divide into 16 balls. Pan sear then bake until done.
