Oven baked pork chops

Ingredients
0.7 lb boneless pork chops2 tbs light butter2 large eggs.25 c. skim milk1 c. italian seasoned bread crumbsfresh ground pepper seasoning salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
melt butter and apply to bottom of glass baking pan.
beat together eggs, milk and seasoning salt and pepper dip pork in mixture and then coat each side with the bread crumbs.
lay pork chops in pan and bake for 10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
