1/2 stuffed Baked Potato Skin

Ingredients
1 slice bacon, fried, then chopped1/2 of a 6 ounce Potato, baked1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 Tbsp Milk, 2%1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese, shredded1/2 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
Directions
Scoop out pulp from potato, and put in mixing bowl
Mix pulp with butter and milk, then stuff back into potato
Layer Bacon, then Cheese on top of pulp
Sprinkle with Green Onion
Bale at 400 degrees for 10 min, or
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
