Pan Glazed Chicken with Basil

Ingredients
4-4 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp honey2 tbsp chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried basil
Directions
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken, and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in vinegar, honey, and basil. Cook 1 minute.

Yield: 4 servings
