Pouched Eggs (gluten free zone)

Ingredients
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Rudi’s gluten-free multigrain bread 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions
In a small pan, with lid bring water salt to a boil.
Shut burner off but don't remove pan.
Crack one egg at a time in small bowl and gently add to water. Repeat With next egg. (This method only works with 2 eggs)
Return lid and put timer on for 4 minutes.
Toast and butter bread.
After 4 minutes remove eggs with slotted spoon and place over toast.
