4 serving Baked Chicken Breast, skinless (1 breast) 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 2 serving red bell pepper
. Brown chicken breasts and then finish cooking in sauce pan. (These may be cooked in a pressure cooker or crock pot). Shred chicken. Cut cut onion and peppers for sauteing. Saute onions first and then add pepper strips. Add shredded chicken and seasonings ( salt, pepper, etc.)
