Hawaiian chicken salad

Ingredients
48.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice1.0 cup Grapes - red or green - 1 cup1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Pecans8.0 oz Coconut, toasted1.0 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.0 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Boil chicken until cooked through. In the meantime, halve grapes, chop celery, and toss together in large bowl with coconut and drained pineapple. Cool chicken and dice then add to bowl with other ingredients. Stir in mayo and sour cream. Add pecans.
