Ground Chicken Taco Stew

20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean (one package)1 small onion 2 cloves garlic 1 med. green bell pepper 1/2 can (15.5 oz) black beans drained1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)Taco Seasoning Mix-up to one package depending on taste 2 tsp Adobo (optional...i just love adobo!)
*Coat pan with spray oil
*Sautee onion and garlic until brown
*Add chicken and completely cook. When there is no more pink, remove from pan and drain grease.
*Re-coat pan with spray oil
*Sautee green peppers 1-3 minutes
*Add diced tomatoes and beans and stir
*Put chicken back in pan and add taco mix and adobo, mixing well
*Simmer for 10-15 minutes
Serve alone or with rice-add low fat shredded cheese if desired.
