1 Fresh or Frozen Banana1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla1 cup Non Fat Milk1/4 dry Old Fashioned Oatmeal or Coach's Oats - cooked
Directions
Cook oatmeal and cool slightly. Add all ingredients to blender and mix. Add ice if desired. Serve immediately.
