Ingredients
16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 serving Cashew - Raw, natural (1oz, 28g) (by TOMBYNUM) 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 2 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 30 grams Seaweed, spirulina 2 serving 15 Icecubes (by JMR71198) 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates) 1 dash Salt
Directions
Blend everything except the ice until smooth. Then add ice and blend to desired thickness.
