Ingredients
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice10.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh0.75 cup Cauliflower, raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 cup Beans, black2.0 tbsp Wild Garden Low Carb Hummus1.0 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g1.5 cup Canned Tomatoes
Directions
Place all ingredients except lemon juice in pot. Simmer 25 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Season, if desired. Add lemon juice before serving. Serving Size: Makes 2 generous servings.
