Nectarine and Blueberry Summer Garden Salad

Ingredients
1 fruit (2-1/2" dia) Nectarines 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 50 gram(s) Rucola (by VIOLINCAT) 0.25 cup Blueberries, fresh 0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. Cut the stalks of the washed rucola and throw them in the bowl;
2. Peel cucumber and dice
3. Clean red pepper and celery and cut up into medium pieces
4. Cut up a ripe, washed nectarine (I left the skin on)
5. Throw in a handful of blueberries
6. Add the sugar, pepper, olive oil, and mix

i used this as a side to chicken breast, and boiled potatoes, flavoured with dill and garlic.
