1.5 cup, mashed Zucchini 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.5 tsp Salt 3 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon) 12 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) (3/4 cups total)0.25 gram coconut oil cooking spray (by KATHEBOS) .5 stick Butter, salted (3 tbsp.)9 serving THM Gentle Sweet (1 tsp) (3 tbsp. total)4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Combine all ingredients in blender - except coconut cooking spray. coat 2 small round cake pans with Coconut oil - add cake batter - bake in 350 degree oven - 25-35 minutes until done. remove and cool. (frost with fav. on-plan frosting)
