Whole Wheat Banana bread

Ingredients
* Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * Honey, .25 cup * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked * Egg, fresh, 2 medium * Salt, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Regular Coffee, .5 cup (8 fl oz) * *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 6 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and great a 10 inch pyrex pie pan.

peel bananas and mash with fork until smooth. Add honey, vanilla and coffee to bananas. Melt smart balance with brown sugar and add to banana/coffee mixture. Beat in eggs.

Mix salt, baking powder and flour together and slowly pour the liquid banana/coffee mixture in. Mix quickly - it is fine if there are some lumps. pour batter into greased pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
