.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour (2 tbsp serving) (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .12 tsp Cinnamon, ground .12 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon .25 tsp Lemon Peel 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin .06 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a microwaveable mug. Microwave for 1 minute. If it's not done, then microwave for 30 second increments until it's done.
