2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tbsp Salt2.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol0.75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar3.0 cup Oats, Quaker6.0 tbsp Trail Mix (Wal-Mart Great Value)Indulgent trail mix1.25 cup Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml)
Directions
Stir all, add baking soda last. Let sit 20 to 30 minutes. Spray muffin cups and use toppings. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F Serving Size: Makes 12 muffin sized treats
