Bacon Spinach and Cheese Mini quiches

Ingredients
9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 1.5 cup Mexican Blend Cheese - Great Value Fiest Blend Fancy Shredded 1 cup Spinach, cooked5 slices Bacon (Bacon should be precooked and chopped into small pieces)1 tbsp Butter, salted 1/4 t each pepper, salt and garlic powder
Directions
Mix eggs, milk and spices. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and spinach evenly in 9 mini loaf pan, or 12 muffin cup pan. Pour egg mixture evenly in pan. Bake at 400 for 8-12 minutes, checking for doneness at 8 min. Can be frozen and reheated later.

Serving Size: Makes 12 "muffins" or 9 mini loaf quiches
