Healthy Corn Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 cup soft whipped margarine, trans fat free1 c. low-fat plain yougurt1/4 c. egg substitute1 8.5 oz. dry corn muffin mix "Jiffy"1 can creamed corn, no sodium added1 can whole corn, no sodium added, drained1 c. low-fat cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Mix margarine, yogurt & egg substitute well. Stir in corn muffin mix. Fold in corns. Pour into sprayed 2 qt. dish. Bake in preheated 375F oven for 45 minutes. Stir in cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
