Use all organic ingredients if possible3 Cups Rolled Oats1/4 Cup Sun Flower Seeds1/4 Cup Pumpkins Seeds1/4 Cup Flaxseed or hemp1/2 Cup Almonds or Pecans1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes1 tablespoon Cinnamon1 teaspoon Nutmeg2 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil2 tablespoon Apple Juice1/2 Cup Maple Syrup1/4 Cup Honey1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl
Combine all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix together well.
Spread on lightly greased baking sheet.\
Cook for 25 minutes at 350 until brown.
Store in airtight container.
