6 c. baked sweet potatoes1/2 c. Spenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. Spenda Brown Sugar Blend1 c. Mini MarshmallowsMash sweet potatoes, 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon together and place in casserole dish. Put melted maragine on top and add 2 tbsp. sugar and then the marshamellows on top. Bake 350 degrees until marshmellows melt.
