4.3 lb Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw 3 cup Beans, pinto 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 3 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Cumin seed 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Oregano, ground
Add all ingredients to Crockpot, cover with water (add 1 T salt, not listed), cook 6-8 hours on low. Add a diced Jalapeno for additional heat (optional).
