Directions
peel apple and core.. peel kiwi.. chop kale and spinach... cut cilantro.. peel and dice carrots.... add chopped cucumber with peel on.... add cellery chopped.. place in blender and add coconut water.. blend in till smooth drink and enjoy. 3 1 cup servingsy
