Banana Chocolate chip pancakes

1 cup Fat free Krusteaz pancake mix1/2 very ripe banana mashed3 teaspoons ghiradelli chocolate chipspinch of nutmeg3/4 c water (not warmor hot)
Mash the banana and add it to t e dry pancake mix. Add three teaspoons of chocolate chips. Add one pinch of nutmeg. Add water to mix 1/4 cup at a time until smooth and a medium consistency , not paste like, and not too watery. Spoon mix into a 1/4 measuring cup and pour into meduim hot skillet coated with non stick spray. Flip pancakes once after about one minute (heating times vary) once the batter side up starts to bubble flip it. Cook second side about one more minute depending on how done you like your pancakes. NOTE ********Only flip the pancakes once too much flipping makes them tough and chewy. Don't try to beat the bubbles or pancakes flat that will also make them tough and chewy .
Optional -add a little margarine and sugar free syrup if you like (few extra calories)
